Firstly, we recognise that this lack of quality time & space can lead to disrupted thinking and/or a tiredness that can become consuming. We may be missing, or denying ourselves opportunities simply because we've had no time for contemplation or rest.
Secondly, we recognise that this lack of quality time can mean that we lose
sight of how our emotional and physical Well-Being is being affected. For
some the result may be a physical illness while others may experience a
general feeling of discontent and lethargy without really knowing why.
Slowly our confidence, self-esteem and self-respect can be damaged and our
