Our approach and philosophy is simple.
We believe that Well-Being comes from an inner contentment, satisfaction & self-respect. If these are sound every aspect of our lives can be affected positively, whether it be in relation to career, confidence, health, or work-life balance - to name but a few of the issues we can all face from time to time. We also believe that whatever you want to contemplate, learn, or change to achieve this, you need quiet, uninterrupted time to do so effectively.
Firstly we start by inviting you to take some time out with us.
That might mean an hour or two, it might be a few days, or a few weeks. Just taking time out, without the usual interruptions can sometimes be enough to leave you feeling refreshed and revived.
Secondly, we know that others may want to find support with the "couldn't's and shouldn't's." We can work with you on a one-to-one basis either as part of a stay with us or by separate appointment. Our support might last an hour, it might be longer. It can be for as long as you want it to be and we certainly don’t ask you to commit to a programme of appointments up front.
